Frequently asked questions

How do I save a place from Instagram or another app?

Use the Share button in that app and choose PinCup from the share sheet. We'll automatically detect the location from the caption or photo when possible.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your pins, collections, and profile information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why does PinCup ask for my location?

Location is used to center the map on you and show relevant places nearby. You can control this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services.
